Well said, Star! We have plenty of Iranians in the UK and I would never dream of calling them 'terrorists'. A terrorist is essentially an individual who is acting in furtherance of a cause, not a country. Therefore it is senseless to call all Iranians or all Pakistanis or all Muslims 'terrorist'.
I notice that most of the people who are disagreeing with you are using gross generalisations and inaccuracies (laughable, in some cases) to back up their assertions. One even claims that 'free speech' is something that exists in America. It may be so, but my definition of free speech does not extend to making statements of hatred and telling lies to substantiate an argument.
They will, no doubt, be the first to complain about the "Yahoo Nazis"!

I heard this from you for the first time. No one have ever said this. [to my knowledge].
What was said is---Iran and some countries support Terrorists
in every way they possibly can.
I understand your concern. You and millions of Iranians love to
live in peace and democracy. As it is true in other countries, their
arrogant and selfish leaders, try to either stop or hinder their people to exercise their rights. They are so eager to remain in power that they 'read' and 'teach' or do what is not in the BIBLE
nor in the Quran.
Eventually, they will fall. But,let's not forget the fact that home-work #1 for every person ,at this point in time, should be to
fight TERRORISM !!! It doesn't do any gooood. Iranian teenage
You are THE FUTURE !!!

I think all reasonable people know that there are reasonable people everywhere. The problem is that terrorism has become such a big problem recently that people are willing to embrace such extreme views because they don't have any other way to deal with what is going on. Terrorists from the middle-east commit acts of terrorism against the US hoping it will push the citizens to demand that their government change its policies. I would say that is clearly not working. It only serves to make Americans look at all middle eastern people as if they are the terrorists.

You are right. On behalf of all the ignorant people who don't understand that there are good and bad people everywhere in this world I apologize to you.
It's all the fault of governments and leaders. You are right to say that the USA is seen as terrorists to many innocent people caught in the crossfires of the wars in the middle east. People of the west don't really get it and never will. I think the soldiers however know how pointless it all is and I am sure many wish they were back home.
I know many good people from the middle east who live here in peace and are some of the kindest people I know. It's a crying shame that people are so blind to reality but today's world is one of isolation where people hide in their homes and workplaces and believe everything that is fed to them through a biased media and anonymous hate-filled internet.

Americans dont have a problem with the people of Iran. And the reverse is true too! 80% of Iranians favor america. We do however have a problem with your Government which you yourself say you don't like either. A regime change is needed and will come at some point. While we don't want to bomb you or invade your country, you most likely will not give us much choice.
Your Goverment is attempting to create nuclear bombs to bring about the end of the world. Thats crazy! Your goverment wants Israel and the USA destroyed. Thats Crazy!
Thankfully we have the worlds best army and yours is no match. No match at all.
Remember, when our tanks roll in, we are not invaders. We are here to liberate you.
All in due time of course.
:)

I have never met an Iranian I did not like. I know that goverments are a bad way to judge people. If I met you and I found out you were Iranian, I would just ask questions about your culture, i wouldnt think you were a terrorist.

I calls them as I see them, but that goes for the ones that are warranted in being called terrorist, the ones buying all the cell phones to blow everyone up. I do give people the benefit of the doubt, but you are in a tough situation here, alot of Iranians have put that association in our heads. Sad but true. Try to be strong and just hold your ground. Good luck.

I am from Romania... Sorry for the people who called you terr. Our days, our world isn't the best. When I was younger I was hopeful but now, sometimes, I don't care about my life, I'm not sure what is worst, to be or not to be. I love but I don't like my life.
Media is not at all Americans. I think Americans is nice like you and me.
And finally, don't worry: weapons can kill someone, don't matter who but can't kill one nation. Maybe only the nation who use those against other.

Maybe your generation will get it right.
I knew some Iranians in college back in the seventies and found them to be respectful, engaging and humble people.
It is not the common people that are the problem in our world. It is those driven mad by power and greed.
I know that you do not aspire to harm others, just as my teenage son has respect and love to give.
We can only wait out these terrible times and have hope that someday the world will come to it's senses.

your government is at fault, and guess what you are at fault too for electing a bunch of religeous fanatics to run your country. Esy remedy, overthrow the government, separate religion from govenment, not allow any religeous leader to have any say in what your government does, throw off those stuoid headresses and allow women freedom.Stop supporting your country against Israel, try to live in peace, give up nuclear enrichment ...or face the consequence as the west considers that all terrorist activity...carry o and you will all die and be defeated like hezbollah
