my point is : if crying makes u get rid of ur pain ... that means it's a gift ... but no one see it as that!!

people cry for many reasons........happiness, saddness, joy, anger, frustration, physical pain. it does release lots of bad feelings in the body. i believe it is healthy, and yes even men should cry. gift??? i would say yes.

Crying is a gift - like breathing, smiling, running, touching. The gift we are given contains the bitter and the sweet all together. And it's wonderful.

it is a gift. i never thought of it that way until now. hmmm....i'm glad i am a woman and can cry when i get upset. crying has helped me through many a night..

yes it is...its a way to release all the emotions built up inside us...if it wasn't for crying and laughing and yelling we would all just go insane becuase there would be no way to release our emotions they would just build up until you go crazy
