Your wife should be loving, commited, devoted to making a family work. I know it takes two to make it work but a woman has more of a emotional stregnth than a man. She should have goals to have a good job, or career. She should be a home body a good girl not into drugs and alcohol. You and your gut will know when you find her.

well for sure there must be love involved when looking for a wife, but you asked for qualities, so here it is.
She must be open minded, humble, hardworker, outgoing, lovable, willing to stand her ground. and caring. Good luck

You need to be attracted to her.
You need to be a better you by being with her
You need to not be jealous of her successes
You need to be find someone that matches your pace - thus someone that flies at your speed
You need to find someone you trust
You need to find a woman that likes you for you
You need to find a woman that can take care of herself and if you were ever injured or needed help could help you
You need to find someone that will allow you to have outside interests - sports, hobbies, friends - but not more time than with her
