last time i swung a bat i was about to break my neck...but usually i can swing bats with my arms bones.
anyway if you moved your back bones while swinging ..know that is wrong!!!

Radius, ulna, humerous, scapula, clavicle, and many backbones.
If you really want to get technical you use every bone in your body because when you swing a bat, your torso and legs also move.

Bones don't really come into play. It's more a matter of muscles and tendons and such.
