I'd say don't try and cover it up with make-up. That just makes it look worse. I used Neosporin Lip Treatment and it was gone within a few days. You could also try a more dramatic look to your eyes as to draw the attention away from your mouth.

I don't know how to hide them, but i'm an expert on not getting them. i always get them on my lips or in my nose. the ones in my nose, i don't even worry about, because you can't see them. but there's a ligpgloss that i've been using for like, seven months, and i haven't had a cold sore yet. i used to get them like, every couple weeks, so this is awesome. it's by C.O. Bigelow in New York. They sell it at all Bath and Body Works, and it's awesome. it's just a little bit expensive, (like 7 bucks a tube) but they last a long time, and it's well worth not even getting them.

Well I heard - feed a cold starve a fever. Or is it starve a cold feed as fever? Well you should starve the coldsore then if that doesn't work try feeding it.
Seriously - use glyoxide or get your dentist to use a laser - I had a laser cleaning and two days later a huge cancker sore disappeared completely! It rules!

try to draw attention somewhere else. like adding extra eyeliner or some extra eyeshadow. or go all out on a hair do. that takes the attention away from your lips. wear very little lip stuff so that there is no attention there. k? good luck
