I believe someone opened my e-mail up and read some of my letters.

In most e-mail programs, unopened e-mail is one color and once it has been read, it changes color. If you are refering to e-mail that you read and deleted or saved in a folder, then that is not going to work. You could by a small "keystroke logger" that plugs between your keyboard wire and your computer. That will save all the keystrokes for a week or so and you can look back to see what has been typed in. If you have a Macintosh with OS X you might also be able to check the user log to see what has been accessed and when. Good luck.

if your using outlook and it opens without entering a password go into tools - email accounts and take password out so you have to type it in everytime you open it instead of it just opening right up
