Pleased to raise my hand to this question. Live in Cambridge but brought up in Glasgow and spent seven years in the North as an adult. I might be down here but my heart is there.

I am so glad you said that so many people think this is a forum in their bedroom, with their girl friends. This is the World Wide Web.
We have people on here from South Africa and Uk. and all over Europe and Canada. Any English speaking person can come on here. There is classrooms full of children connected and read and look at questions and answers. Not to discourage anyone with 40 million answers out there currently you can get a prospective of how many people are reading your answers.
And your questions, they try to screen them for obscene material but many come through. Please everyone report abuse.

yep...am scottish to the bone!

and isn't it great?!

we have a history that's circumspect in some cases, but predominantly something to be proud of.

we have many, many things we can be proud of and although our footie team aren't ever what we hope, we're still the best in the world at being crap!
