My mom only gained 13 pounds with me and was able to almost immediately. So, it depends on how much you gained during pregnancy.

It's so different for every mom. To be honest, my daughter is 12 months, and I am finally now fitting into stuff that I wore before I was pregnant. The sad truth is, though - there are things from my old wardrobe that I'll never be able to wear again (partiularly short skirts and tummy tops but others too!) - - pregnancy changes your body SO much, the shape, the size, the textures (mommy's body is often a lot softer and squishier than a non-mom)

Well dont hate me but after a week I lost my 52 pounds that I gained in my pregnancy, and in the next three weeks I lost 27, is not healthy but I did nothing to lose all the weight, just running with a new baby in the house, and breastfeeding.

I still can't my hips got soo much wider...I went up a size and my body is curvier. I lost all the baby weight within I'd say three months. I'm back to a flat stomach...and lots of curves. My absolute favorite part is I have bigger boobs now! I could fit into them just not the way I like them to fit.

Same week, when I left hospital, sorry girls!
I didn't put on any extra pounds & felt so much better 4 it.
But friends/family have informed me, that some took a couple of months or so, I guess I was the exception, not the Rule.
:)

Well my wife walked out of the hospital in hers but my sister says NEVER.
You should walk daily and watch the caloric intake in order for you to stop eating like you did when you were pregnant. Get into a light exercise program like walking or 3 times a week in the gym
that should put you on course for a happy heathy baby and recovery.......That's from My brother hes a Pediatrician. Moms ask hoim this all the time......Like my wife and Sister. :-)

About a week and a half. I only gained 28 pounds and only had 3 extra pounds to actually lose. I think it depends on how you eat while you're pregnant. My cousin gained nearly 80 pounds and it took her a few months with a lot of hard work. Good luck!
