I suggest looking for good coaches rather than for good price. They all charge about the same money. You get a lot more out of a lesson wity a good coach vs slightly cheaper lesson with a bad coach.

How about free? Go to venues that offer ballroom dances, check out any "freelance" dancers without or with changing partners and see if you can strike up a "productive" conversation.
