Before I even try anything, I have to like the style.
Price is a big factor, but if the quality is high I'd pay a little more, because it will last longer and hold up in the wash better.
Fit is also important, I would not buy from a catolog or internet, because I need to try the clothing on.
Brand name is not important to me, it was when I was younger I was a big Levi's fan, since they are no longer American made and the quality and fit is no longer the same, I don't need the brand name anymore.
Customer service I don't care about since I purchase from the store and generally can find what I need on my own.

I would say the last one, Recognized brand name. I think this because if it were a low price I'd think that it was some add or there would be a catch. These days, people shop at the same stores although their prices may be rediculous like Hollister, Abmercrombi, or American Eagle....there very recognizeable and people are attracted to that. Old navey isn't as expensive but if its off line people would most def. lean more towards the brand name

definitely low price but sometimes online the super low prices come with very high shipping so that is important too. Secure methods of payment, convenience, quality, ease of use, all of that is important also. The better the website looks the more I trust the seller....

If I buy clothes on line I am looking for low price, low delivery price, easy and cheap return, customer service, secure methods of payment and privacy policy.
I'm not concerned with much else.

Well- I always buy from a known Company... Customer Service, Quality, product fit, low price... Known Company's always have secure methods of payments, if you want to buy from them, of course, you must agree with the terms...

All of these are important, but none more than the secure method of payment....it's so easy to get scammed that you really
have to be careful.
All of your 15 points are solid but first I shop for price when I know what I want, then 2 and 3 are next important to me.
but security is paramount!!!
