Try a natural foods or vitamin store. Look in the yellow pages under Herbs, vitamins, or natural foods.

Red Raspberry Leaf is a uterine toner. It strengthens the muscle of the uterus for labor, but it does not induce labor.

I have used it during all of my pregnancies. It does make for an easier labor and recovery, in my opinion.

You can either get tea bags or bulk herbs. Either way, the brewing method is the same.
Boil some water. Get a container that you can cover securely, a canning jar works well.

Put the tea bags/loose herbs in the jar, pour boiling water over them. Cover the jar and let it sit at least 4 hours, or overnight.

When the tea is done steeping, take out the bags or pour the tea through a strainer. Press gently with the back of a spoon to squeeze out all the water.

Put the jar in the fridge and enjoy this refreshing brew. If you don't care for the taste, try adding a touch of honey. Or you can brew it with flavored herb teas: try blueberry, mint, peach, or raspberry flavor!

If this still doesn't work, try brewing it with 1/2 the water, and mix it in with some fruit juice.

I happen to like the taste, but these methods have worked for my friends who didn't care for the taste.

You can buy red raspberry leaf tea at a health food store or Kroger(that's where I got mine0. ALso, RRL tea is not gonan induce labor. That's not what it's for. It is to help make labor easier once it actually starts so it's good for you to drink anyway. I drank it my entire pregnancy last time. Most midwives will reccomend it to drink all through the pregnancy, so it's not for inducing labor. Dont rush it, that will happen on it's own when it's meant to. Nothing you do short of surgery is gonna make that baby come before it's ready.

GNC carries a Basic Organics Raspberry tea that has raspberry leaves as the main ingredient. Traditional Medicinals also offers a raspberry leaf tea which you can get through their website at:
http://www.traditionalmedicinals.com
Call GNC before you go to make sure that they have the raspberry tea in stock. Otherwise, you can order it online and get it in a few days. You can always rush the delivery of your tea. (Although your baby may be more stubborn about early delivery. Sorry, stupid joke.)

GNC charges about $4 for the tea, and Traditional Medicinals is about $4.79. Not sure about shipping.

Best of luck!

Do you mean kalahari red tea? It is known as Rooibos and you can get it at almost any store, especially the high-end grocery stores. I buy Kalahari Red at Raley's (Grocery store) and also have seen it at Starbucks.

Kalahari USA has it for $3.50
