When using Power Point it is important to be prepared for any eventuality. The most important precaution is to have handouts of the slides printed for each participant - 3 slides to a page is fine, and that leaves room for people to take notes. That way if anything goes wrong you can always use the paper copies to do the presentation. Technology is great when it works!!!!
