It's safe for you to use the sauna, as long as you're healthy (No, High Blood Pressure) be sure you're well hydrated though. You might not have a lot of milk for your baby, since you sweated out fluids. You might want to wait a bit & hydrate yourself first.
You need to avoid becoming dehydrated!

Not safe more than 20 minutes! Hope you nurse a baby outside of the sauna! No problem but respect the 20 min to avoid hyperthermia (over heating your bod)

It's not safe if the baby is in the sauna with you.

The sauna does lead to increases in hormones within the body, specifically human growth hormone. Wether or not it is transfered to the infant I dont know.

Sounds approximately stunning. Newborns DO nurse many times (no longer unavoidably in elementary terms each and every 2 hours) and 3 weeks is fundamental time for a strengthen spurt. wait and notice. issues gets extra useful. (once you're particular she isn't hungry and wnt' take a pacifier, try offering her a clean fingertip to suck.)

i don't see any harm in that unless you have you kid with you while in the sauna . i believe the sauna will help eliminate all those electrolytes. so i believe it will help you and your child because hey you got rid all those unwanted excess.

well i would suggest you rehydrate yourself before you nurse or you probably will feel exhausted and then your milk flow might not be as generous.
