A good foot scrub with pumice or a blend of glycolic and alpha hydroxy acids, will help alleviate calluses on dry, hard, chapped skin.

The feet support our total weight, and therefore the skin under our feet is thicker than the rest of our body. It's often neglected causing calluses or hardened and dry skin.

Calloused feet can be returned to baby softness, but need regular, daily maintenance.Take care of your feet and they will take care of you.Soak the feet regularly in warm soapy water. . . Wear comfortable shoes and padded socks when exercising. Put cushioning pads between the shoe and foot at tight points. If calluses are small, a daily regimen using a pumice scrub and cream moisturizer will get rid of them safely and keep skin from building up. Give your feet a few minutes each day and they'll take you a long way.

I use a foot file regularly. I find it works better than a pumice stone. They look like a spice grater and are in the section of the store with the nail polish etc. I also use Bath & Body Works "Shea isnt' it So" foot cream! I love that stuff. Good luck.

Use a foot spa at home to soap your feet using a foot scrub, pumice and repair cream everyday until you see results, then every 2-3 days, then once a week.
Best Wishes!

After you soak your feet in warm water and use a pumice stone, before going to bed slather feet with a deep moisturizing lotion and cover them up with thick cotton socks!! Do this for 2 or 3 weeks and your feet will be as soft as smooth as a baby's!

Pumice. soak feet to soften skin, then gently work over the callous with a pumice stone. do this regularly, but don't overdo it and hurt yourself! ;-) good luck!

swiss file and udderly smooth or corn huskers oil or bag balm. or you can rub vasaline on them and wear socks over that to bed. they will soften up in no time doing that. but the swiss file will remove much of the callous by itself

soak them then use a pumice. put lotion or vasaline on then put socks on so the lotion stays close to your skin and really soaks in.

or just get a pedicure.
