No I don't but it would be well worth your while to contact area title insurance companies in NYC who have customers that are interested in tax deferred exchange transactions. People selling their properties are looking for tax shelters from captial gains and sometime it is diffifult to find properties of a like kind to utilize for this type of transaction.
