Well, I wish it did! I think my avatar represents my features and style. Same skin tone, hair type, eye colour.... I tried! :)
I do wish that we were given more options so that they could resemble us a bit more. Like with the Sims2.
I wish that there was also a bit better age representation with our avatars. I find that all of the male avatars look like little teenage boys!! My husband just ended up going all silly and putting as much stuff on his avatar as he could because of it. It's kinda funny.
It's hard to look original when we are all given the same head option!

No it does not look like me or anybody that I know. I chose features that I felt was pretty. Yes my avatar does represent my flare for style.

i doesn't exactly look like me but the features are similar, like short hair, eyebrows not too thin but not thick either, eye color, u know the basics.

Yeah kind of! well i have long brown hair and huge eyes so i guess were similar in that respect.
