I think the only fair way to answer this question is on an individual basis, not on a racial basis. That, in itself, would be somewhat racist.
There are racist people in every race. The best way to look at a person is as an individual, not as a member of any race, color, creed, etc...

Everyone has prejudices of sorts. Most people tolerate. Whites vs black vs ........
I lived in a caribbean neighborhood, and even though most of the people were black, they had prejudices against other blacks from different islands. I have heard white people complain about other white people as "they are not OUR type".
So my answer is both yes and no.

I think every culture is racist, white people are just considered more racist because other races can pick on them.
They can't even describe another race without being considered racist.
It's pretty sad.

ya i agree! i think that its mostly that white ppl get accused of being racist more than colored ppl do. but i think that you could consider almost anything to be racist
