I remember when he first came out. He was great then and I think as time as progressed he has gotten even better. Some of his stuff from about 10 years ago to now is even better than when he first started out.

Yea he is awesome! I don't know why he dropped the "cougar" I guess he grew out of it. I like pink house, J and D, Crumblin down and prob. all the songs on The Best That I Could Do album. But scarecrow is awesome too!

I saw him twice in the 80's. The first time I saw him was when I bought tickets for my brother for his birthday, since he was all into JCM. I wasn't really, being more into Rush & Oingo Boingo. Anyhow, I went along anyway, and was blown away by one of the best live shows (having seen over 200 concerts, that's saying alot) I had ever seen. Liked him so much I saw him the next time he came into town. I made my brother buy his own ticket, though. Cheap bastard...
