video tape them and call the police.
Call Childrens Services and report them that the parents are not supervising them.

The only proactive thing that you can actually do is speak to them in front of their parent(s), and ask them to please be careful and not kick toward your vehicles. Tell the parents that you do not want an adversarial relationship with them, and you would hate to have to come to the door one day to tell them that there is something else they have to pay for! You may not get a good response---I'm thinking you won't. Then you need to get it on the record--send them a certified letter recounting your conversation and stating that if something is damaged, they will be responsible. That way, if you wind up in court (and I'm sure you will), you will have proof that you informed them of the problem, proving that they parents knew there was a problem. While you are at it--send a copy of the letter to yourself--but do not open it. Hope this helps.

ask if you can play too, all jokes aside, i would keep the balls and anything else, and return it to the mother saying that your things are getting damaged, and the next time you will keep them and call the police. maybe you should take them to see monster house, good luck.

You're no different than their mother. Their mother doesn't want to hold the kids accountable, and neither to you.
Accountability is the only thing that will stop them. You either need to convince mom to do something about it (hopefully the nice approach works), or you need to take legal action.
Eventually if they aren't held accountable, you will be (your angry wive, or bill from auto body shop)

Ask them not to. And then yell at them not to. Kidding. Make friends with them and then ask them nicely not to.

Or move.
