The S-coordinate Primitive Equation Model (SPEM) is a finite difference ocean circulation model. Sperm are created in a man's testicle via cell division. Contrary to what "mommy" says, men produce sperm continuously (women are born with all the eggs they will ever have, hence the confusion.)

Sperm is created in Meiosis. I think. Don't quote me. It's a type of cell division. If you want to get technical, spermiogenisis. (The female counterpart to this would be Oogenisis).

the seminiferous tubes in the testicle...it produces the sperms
also there is addes some liquid made by the prostata and so the sperm is formed
