my item number is 200019126984 ultra rare sphinx yu-gi-oh! cards

The seller should have given you a package tracking number, and a link to a package tracking site, such as usps.com, fedex.com, etc. Look again carefully at the information the seller gave you; it should be there.

you dont use the item # you use the tracking # that the seller gave you
Why would they tell you to come here?
