im just wonderin cause im not sure and i really wanna be a member and i dont want to lose my 10 bucks for the pay by mail method so thats why i asked plz answer

Only if you want the post office to deliver it! If a letter has less than 39 cents in postage on it (in the USA) it will be returned to you for postage. Why would the post office give you service for free that everyone else has to pay for?

if you pay by mail use a money order and yes put a stamp on envelope post office wont send it you dont stamp it

im pretty sure you'd have to put the stamp on the envelope but why no pay by creidt card or by phone its only $5 that way
