i am about a week late and my breasts are hurting and i feel kind of crampy and i keep getting this sharp pain in my lower stomach but this has been going on for about a week. so i took a test and it came back negative :( so i was wondering could i STILL be pregnant ???
I used Clear Blue brand... and i used it in the afternoon (i know you are supposed to wait but i got impatient)

Fact plus is suppose to be a high sensitivity test and New Choice from the dollar store.

Well, if you are a week late and your pregnancy test said it is negative, then you are not pregnant, now a days pregnancy tests are very accurate and they can tell you whether you are pregnant or not 3 days before you even miss your period. So I'd say you are just late. Don't stress out, you are probably just causing your period to be late.

Take the test again in about a week. If it is still negative, then you are not pregnant. You may have however, done the first one incorrectly (it happens). Your period may just be overdue which is what it probably is.

You could still be pregnant. those tests are not always right. For instance when my mom was pregnant with my brother, her test told her she wasn't pregnant. I've never been pregnant before, but I suggest you go to your doctor, or call him/her and ask them what you should do.

False negatives are much more common than false positives. If I were you, I'd take another test, but take it in the morning this time.

YOU SHOULD TEST AGAIN BUT USING FIRST MORNING URINE. IF IT COMES BACK NEGATIVE AND UR PERIOD STILL HASN'T ARRIVED HAVE A BLOOD TEST DONE. REMEMBER THAT STRESS AND ANXIETY ARE ALSO CAUSES OF LATE PERIODS EVEN NO PERIODS. GOOD LUCK.

see your doctor you could have an infection that's blocking your period. like appendicitis
