If she answered any of your questions or have you asked her any? if so will you not have her name etc on your account? it could be that they have been short of cash and have had to get rid of her Internet connection or maybe her PC has packed up there could be a number of things but i would be checking your q & a's just incase her name is among those good luck and i am sure she is fine keep the faith!!!

Oh my. Do you remember her name or anything about her? Maybe something happened to her husband.
If she was all the time on here and was with her bed bound husband then my guess would be, her husband either got worse or he has passed.
