The killed her off in the last episode last year, I love the show, but not sure how much I will like it without Marisa as a part of it. I think they are trying to have Marisa's little sister kinda take her place in the show. I don't know why the killed her off already in the 2nd season.

I wonder the same thing myself. I was shocked to see her die in the season finale! Personally, I don't think I'm going to enjoy it as much. I just don't think I'm going to like the fact that they are trying to make Marissa's little sister take her place. I just don't see how it's going to be as good, but maybe they will surprise us!

I hope they will bring back the humor and fun times like the first season. Unfortunately, this could happen to be the last season of The OC because only 16 episodes have been ordered. Have you ever noticed how every show that finishes a first season, tend to be cancelled or become its last season during its even numbered yrs? Like Friends (10), Will & Grace (8), and such. I hope they do not replace Marissa with her sister, Kaitlyn; she is different from Marissa.

I think that this might be the last season of the O.C.
Marissa was a major part of the cast. They might try to replace her with the sister, but I don't think viewers will respond in the same way.
I haven't really heard too much hype about the new season either. It seems like the show is getting old. Plus it will be hard to evolve during the college years.

i'm not sure, i guess some ppl will stop watching it, some ppl won't. but they killed her off cause she wanted to stop. i think mischa barton is so pretty and talented, she'll be okay without the oc. i hope she starts doing movies, that would be awesome

And they killed her off because she wanted to leave, she thinks she is a big movie star now. LOL Like that will ever happen.

Oh I think her little sister will win over evil hearts and minds soon. I don't think I could have taken another year of her and whats his name going back and forth like they were.
