I'm having trouble with the mission N.O.E!
Its where you have to fly the plane very low from one side of the state to another and you cant bump anything and if you stay too high on the radar, jet fighters shoot you down.
Anyway, I must've tried this mission a good 20 times already and I keep failing :(
first it was because I couldn't even reach the destination
then I reached it but I could'nt turn and fly it back
and now I know a good route (go toward the Gant bridge and fly it across the western shoreline) but I keep crashing the plane because not only do I suck at landing, but they make you land in a goddamn red marker!
Anyone have any tips on this mission I could use? :(

I had the same problem but then i managed to do it. You don't have to and in the red marker just land on the run way is all u need to do but make sure that u don't crash into the trees and if you are going over water stay close to the water but don't go into the water. I have some many problems with it every single time that i redo the mission but find a way that doesn't have trees and just remember that you don't have to land in the marker.

here's a tip fly up till the meter go's up about half way then go down till meter gets empty and then go back up do this a lot
