I have an office with 1 port connecting that office to the company's network. I have 2 desks in that office with only 1 computer connected at the moment. I want to put another computer on the 2nd desk and have it connected to the company's network. How can I pull this off while having each computer with it's own IP address and what are specific hardware I should use.

A hub will do the trick for you. They are cheap and simple to use. A switch could be used as well if you are concerned with network collisions - but I doubt that would happen between two computers unless a major amount of traffic is being sent and received by both computers.
They will both have the ability to get assigned IPs by your office network.

U can connect both the computers to the same network port but U cannot access the network from both the systems at a time.

If U want to use the network at a time,
add an additional network card to the primary computer and connect both the computers, assign the IP address to the second computer in such a way that second computer can access the services of first computer.

Assuming that the network is already served by a router which provides each computer with it's own IP address, you could use a small hub or switch to add ports in the office. Attach a cable from the existing port in the office to the "Uplink" port on the hub/switch, then connect the computers/printers or whatever devices to other ports on the hub/switch.

You use a HUB it splits u will connect both pc's to the hub and the acces point to a hub also all with staight ethernet cables, that should do it.

I think there are also simpler 2 way splitters, but am not sure how/if these work well.
