The Panic-Free Pregnancy by Michael S. Broder
I wouldn't go to a place you've never been before though, go to a place you trust!
Also - most people don't get this but - sushi is NOT RAW FISH!
Sushi means "rice roll" and have have veggies with or without fish and the fish can be raw or not, lots of stuff on a sushi menu is actually cooked such as the shrimp, crab and eel!

You should avoid sushi throughout your pregnancy. The illnesses that can be caused by eating raw fish will have a much bigger effect on your unborn child than on you.

You can probably eat sushi during your entire pregnancy.
I would stay away from the uncooked fish types of sushi though since you can become ill very easily while pregnant.
