I'm an English major, and I'll be graduating in May. If I take the test now, I won't have much time to study. If I don't take it within the next two or three months, I'll miss the application deadlines for Fall 2007. I'm a good student, but I'm not very good at organizing my life. I don't know what to do...

It is a good idea to take the GRE just in case. I was in your situation last year and I opted not to take it, and I am kicking myself now for being too lazy to do it. Study as much as you can in what little time you have, and I'm sure you'll do better than you think.

If you feel ready to take it, then I would. The scores are good for five years and that way it would be over with. Also, the test procedures just changed again, so taking it now for prevent you for studying for a new test type in the future.

Yes and start the GRE Prep, if you are interested in the MBA you would take the GMAYT which is diffrenet but regardless you can start grda school without the GRE

The test isn't too hard, so I would recommend taking it. I didn't take it in time when I decided to apply for a scholarship for grad school and I missed out.
