the answer is 1/2
because:
the equation is sthg like this:
(27x^3)-8 / (9x^2)-4
(-8) and (-4) simplify leaving (27x^3)+2 / (9x^2)
then:
27=3^3
9=3^2
then:
((3^3)x^3)+2 / (3^2)x^2
then you simplify:
3-2=1 (which are the exponents of the three)
3-2=1 (which are the exponents of the x)
it gives you 3x / 3x+2
simplify it:
1/2
