My cousin is having problems to were he thinks his wife is cheating, he gets up in the middle of the night thinking someone is there, he doesn't think his kids are his, and he changes who he thinks his wife is cheating on him with every other day. He has wrote goodbye notes he has even threated to kill himself and others.. he has never been this way and it just all of the sudden happened. He don't drink or do drugs he is a good guy he don't even use bad words. I was wondering what could make him act crazy like this?

Sounds like Bipolar to me, Had a friend showing the same signs GET THEM TO SEEK SOME MEDICAL ATTENTION QUICK.
