MUSIC CALMS THE SAVAGE BEAST

Rock and Country music right now is taking a beating on talent, production and quality fronts: audiences and paying CD buyers
are well over jaded with alternative rock junk and "new" country songs; they want the REAL stuff and they're simply not getting it.

Many music buffs have even been vocal, saying they'd welcome Disco's return....now that's a red flag that the state of music today is rather bad.

But there's a bit of good news: Rap is dying....and not a moment too soon!!! Actual CD sales from rap artists nosedived in 2005-2006, and arguements otherwise are hyped to appear Rap is strong when it truly isn't...like they can fool music audiences!!!!

Classic rock is now being named REAL rock: a good promising sign the sharp, bluesy guitar sound is making a comeback--and some bands like Jet are embracing the sounds once again.

Also seems R & B too is working on a return to mainstream music too. It'll be interesting to see how CD sales will unfold within next 12 months.

Music is fine. Alittle weary of all the heavy metal and acid rock stuff, kills the mood.
But basically okay. Kinda moody.

Music stirs the soul.

Music can make your mood rise or it can take you to the edge of suicide.
