I would take over the airwaves and broadcast my image on every television and computer around the world.
I would issue an ultimatum to the world leaders and give them a deadline to comply.
I would give them a demonstration of my power by using a laser beam in space to destroy the Washington Monument. I would dissolve monuments in the capitals of the most powerful nations around the world.
They would have no choice but to comply. They would be helpless! I would rub my hands together in triumph and laugh.

To take over the world, convince them that they are after you, not you after them. This is a classic sales technique and very effective because people are monumentally stupid when they think that they are calling the shots.
Secondly, if you were in a position of power or authority and capable of getting more of both, then simply convince those around you that you are trivial, perhaps even non-existent. People only seek to see and hear what re-enforces their beliefs, and if part of their beliefs is that you do not exist then you are free to act as you choose.
Always remember that belief is both worthless and priceless at the same time. Despite what any philosopher may tell you, belief does not affect reality. That makes it worthless. On the other hand, people, such as philosophers, build their reality around a belief (true or not) and if you are able to manipulate that belief, it becomes absolutely priceless.

That every man, woman and child of all races have the KING JAMES VERSION on the BIBLE in their langauge, and had to come back to school to LEARN the BIBLE in its entirety no matter what their age was. In JESUS NAME AMEN.
