I enjoy the fact that I have forgotten some experiences and people! I sleep better!

Definitely a bad thing. Too many people try to forget too many events, people, experiences. If I remember every single thing in my life, I think I wouldn't be able to make it.

I think it would be good, because for me, I tend to remember the bad times and forget about all the great ones I've had.

I wouldn't always like to remember everything. People would get mad at you, if they said something they didn't mean and you never forgot it, you or the other person might get their feelings hurt and always remember it.

For me it would be a bad thing I block most of my childhood out because I do not wish to remember. So that would be painful.

No because it's good to forget somethings. And others... well it's fun when something reminds you of something (experience, person, song, anything) you forgot.
