I have read the entire site( both of them) and I still cant get my questions answered! Is there a telephone number that I have somehow missed?

I don't think so. However, I believe they both have "live" help icons where you can talk in real time via the Internet to resolve your issue.
I have never seen a phone number, but maybe someone knows more than me! Good luck - I hate having those kinds of problems.
