how to i get to know when my yahoo a/c lip was deactivated

all you can do is go back to the page you read that on and click ACTIVATE. Sometimes this doesn't help. if that happens all you can do is make a new account.
if you had read the help pages you would know that you have to login to your account occasionally or they deactivate it. if you still don't then they delete it.

idk, i've never heard of an account being deactivated, what the heck did you do?
usually if it's deactivated, you can't ever get it back. but if it's suspeneded, usually a month or less and you can get back into your account. (pay close attention to the words 'deactivated' and 'suspended')
Was there and explanation given when this happened? (check the alternate email you put down on the deactivated account.)
If you really want your account back, i'd say call customer service (yes, call in person, don't email), and see what's going on.

(oh, and whatever you did to get your account deactivated, i wouldn't do that again haha)

When did you set-up the account and when was the last time you accessed it?
These are important questions you should ask urself.
If you set up a yahoo account and you don'y get to access it after a certain period of time, it gets de-activated automatically, you'll have to re-activate it to make it functional again.
Howeverr this is achieved by following the instructions for reactivation of the same account.

Yea, I'm impressed, I have done some crazy stuff on yahoo in last 9 years and have never had one deactivated.

if u have not use your e-mail since 3 months it can be deactivated. or if u have just created it and it is deactivated then there is an error in filling the information that u need to fill it out properly.

May be due to lack of activity. If after a certain time there is no activity they close it down.

It must have been decativated because you didnt access it for more than thre months. you just need to click on the option that says activate it again and then activate it.

i believe the cancel accounts that are inactive for more than 30 days.
