Love. War is not fair because it takes away all choices. Love, if it burns you, still allows you choices in other people. Unless, like me, you are committed to a fantasy. Then it doesn't seem very fair. At least nobody is bleeding, and the only one really hurt it is me. Maybe she hurts too, wherever she is. I wish she'd come back to me.

Love is better, I'd say obviously, but I'm guessing there might be some who'd beg to differ. Maybe just for the sake of differing. But neither of them is fair as much as you'd try to make them.

That's why they say that all is fair in love and war. Both are incredible forces that can truly devastate nations. However, in the end...I'd have to say that love is better because if it's unconditional and true, it doesn't always rend....it often heals.
