The Big Picture for me, it means the general ideas, the bigger sense of what goes on around me or issues that im learning/talking about.

The big payoff, weather it be heaven, that big house on the hill, that fine sports car, etc…, in the end for putting up with the tedious, mundane, existence of life and the everyday sacrifices we make to get there.

The big picture is where you fit in to society and how you contribute to the well-being of others. This works in neighborhoods, workplaces, and families. We all have to contribute to better ourselves and others.
What are we doing to improve ourselves as workers, siblings, managers, etc, and how are we helping our spouses, subordinates, managers, etc. That is the big picture to me.
