The difference for me is that a great person does what a good person does, but expects no reward. Not just a money thing but they do whats right no matter what.

A good person is a morally excellent, virtuous, righteous and pious individual

Whereas-

A great person is a distinguished or famous personality

A great person will use his talents, strengths, and gifts that he was born with to the upmost capability.

I dont know much but, a person defines one self by knowing who they are. One should ask oneself "who am i"?
