Depends on where she is going to work at.
The outfit is lovely, but she might want a jacket to have for professionalism just in case. She can always take it off if other women are showing their arms and shoulders.

I think the outfit looks great. but it depends on where she is working. in some work places a sleeveless shirt might not be a good thing to wear so i would recommend something with more sleeve. and some companies don't like people to wear open toed shoes so i would check that out. if all those things are ok then i think the outfit looks great and i wish her good luck. : )

It depends on the dress code. Some offices do not like sleeveless attire. If that's the case, it would be best to find a jacket to go over it. Otherwise, it looks great!

thats cute, but it depends on where she is working, because the top doesn't seem like something you should wear to work, but a nice blazer over something else might work, and some more colour, don't stay too neutral and plain. have fun with color.

I think it's a great outfit for work. It's professional, casual, and trendy. Is she working @ a clothing store? If so, I think customers would admire her sense of style.

If it's casual dress code yes...if it's more conservative make a better impression with a great power suit...totally back(just make sure not to have too big shoulder pads)
