In some cases, doctors go with initial test results and dont order more tests because it costs money down the line. Either for you, or your health plan. Doctors don't always know everything, and they will look at your current syptoms for things to diagnose them, rather than a history of you and full physicals and stuff unless you request it. It's sad, but often, you have to do the research and find out what's wrong with you(or could be) yourself. If you have concerns, tell your doctor, tell her that you want another test. If you don't feel that you get the care you need from her, get a second opinion on this, and consider getting a new doctor all together. My father in law found out that he is diabetic about 3 years ago. When he went to see a new doctor, he found out that some of his symptoms are worse than his first doctor made them out to seem. He found out he may have the beginnings of cirhosis(spelling?) of the liver, and that he has had diabetes for at least 7 years. He is now getting better treatment from this new doctor that he should have been getting for years now. You know your body, trust your instincts and talk to someone else if you think you need to.

If you feel that way, you should get a second opinion because doctors are not always right. They make alot of mistakes and because they are doctors we believe them.
I personally do not trust doctors because I had a urinary tract infection about 6 yrs ago and the first doctor that I saw told me that it was a miscarriage and he gave me these pills to take.
Then the following cheak up I went to see another doctor and he told me that I had a urinary infection, and I told him the other doctor said it was a miscarrage and these are the pills that he prescribed me to take. The second doctor told me to stop taking these pills because it will get me sick.. I was so upset, what I should of done is sued the first doctor but I let go...
To make a long story short, if you do not trust your doctor always get a second opinion or get another doctor... (Good Luck)

I do not trust my doctor and even hate doctors. Most of them just wanted money to pay for their school bills. Remember, Doctors never believe the spirit, therefore, they don't have a feeling about the sin.
I still want to see doctor because I need the blood tests and try to figure and learn by myself. You should do the same.

You really should trust your doctor. Sometimes test results are inconclusive or just plain wrong. I would err on the side of caution and get a second opinion on it. Doctors are human, they don't know everything. It does not mean your doctor is wrong, but it's best to double check, if only to make yourself feel better.

If you are worried you need to get a second doctor to do another test. I have had that done in the past when I did not feel good about what I was told. Good luck. It never hurts to be safe if you do not feel like you are getting what needs to be done for you.

No. I don't trust any doctor. That's something the physician has to build in you because he knows how many of his fellow practitioners are total incompetents. He has to tell you he cares, is on your side, and is not a goof ball.
