The characteristic of English football is that it is fast paced and that the strikers kick hard and from long distance. It has evolved a lot in the past 10 years it used to be dominated by long high passes across the field and made it very unsuccessful against continental teams and as boring as watching paint dry. Nowadays English football is played more on the ground and the speed that has always characterized it and the fact that strikers are so good from long distance make it very dangerous and exciting.

it is the best football played in the world. in the EPL, you will see some many styles, from the run and gun of Chelsea, to the beautiful style of Arsenal...it is far more physical than other leagues, and it has the top talent in the world...can't be beat if you enjoy watching football.

english football is a nother name for soccer. its called football in almost every country. only america calls it soccer. most countries have thier own league. and instead of saying 'teams' they use the word club for replacement.
