Are you sure that is the topic you want to do. I mean there is a lot you could say on it but I'm not sure it would be worthy of a thesis, more of a venting really. But anyway I don't like two faced people because you never know where you stand with them especially if they are in authority.

Instead of feeding you answers, I think it would be more helpful and more honest to motivate you to find your own answers. I will give you this: Instead of using the statement you have, say something like "I've never cared for hypocrits". Then state why in your supportive arguments. Think about this. What is it about hypocrits you don't like? You've already mentioned that they're irritating. Describe what it is about them that irritates you. Are they trustworthy? Can they do you harm? Are they hurtful? You get the idea? I don't think you need any more help with this. I'll bet you have all the answers right in your own head.
