I’m with ya man… a couple years more. That jerk “go rush” above doesn’t know what he’s saying. Economy booming… give me a break. And as for winning the war, we removed the government so who we fighting? Terrorism is far beyond Iraq… The reason we’re still there is to make sure we don’t leave the country leaderless and defenseless. It’d be a shame to see all the money and lives lost go for nothing. Get out and vote people, and vote smartly… don’t fall for the media crap or the politicians marketing ploys… do your homework and vote well.

His second term in office expires at the end of this term. The next election will be in November 2008, but the next President will not be inaugurated into office until January 20, 2009.

Your wait is almost over, approximately 2.5 years.
How long will the effect of his horrible presidency be felt by people across the world? At least a lifetime.

Maybe if you stop listening to all the doom and gloom liberals you might realize that our economy is booming, there are lots of jobs, and our troops are going to win the war. It must be a sucky life to sit around and think we're going to hell in a nutshell because the democrats can't win elections due to the fact they have no ideas, all they can think of to escape a war is to run and hide, and they're buddies in the mainstream media won't allow good news to pass their lips. I just find it amazing that you guys still treat Bush like he's still running for office.

January 2009 fool. He won election twice. He won fair and square. I heard France is taking bitter Americans that should leave on the next boat. The last time I whined like this when I did not get what I want was in 3rd grade.

4 years from the day he took office on his last term (roughly).
2008 I believe is the next election year. You will probably see some campaigning starting next year for it.

Partner, we have a long way to go, almost two years. I am just wondering what other stupid things he will do. How is he graciously going to bow out of the Iraq war? This is another question.
