Some acting tips are to focus on tghe words and say one word then two words then three. Or memorize it paragraph by paragraph. I am currently taking an acting class. If you can, enroll in one of those, it is really helpful and lets you work with other people. First of all, don't think about emotion. Don't try to model the acting on an emotion. Don't start by saying you are going to cry in this scene or be mad in this scene. Look at every scene as what objective you are trying to accomplish. If your objective is to convince the other actors to agree with you, then put every effort into accomplishing that objective. The emotion will come on its own. And it will seem more real, because it is real. You really are frustrated that the actors don't agree with you, or you are struggling to make them agree. The most important thing is to not put emotion into the scene, but to let emotion come on its own.
