I don't even think I knew my real hair color in HS. I have dyed my hair so many colors so many times. I like change!

Well, that which was dark brown is still dark brown. That's what I had in High School. However, if memory serves me right, I just don't remember it kind of mixed with gray. So I guess my answer is yes and no, a little more has been added.

When I graduated from high school my hair was dark brown and now my hair is dark brown with light brown highlights.

No. In high school I had brown haid with blonde high lights and today, I have my natural hair color which is black... yet, to add some color to my hair again. ;)

Yeah, it's a waist of money, no color stays in my hair because of how dark it is.
