to divide a fraction, you multiply by the reciprical, so rewrite it to:
x^2+2x-15/3x^2+6x times x^2+7x+10/3x^2-9x=

(x+5)(x-3)/3x(x+2)times(x+2)(x+5)/3x(x-3)=

(x+5)/3x times(x+5)/3x=

(x+5)^2/9x^2

I am not sure what you mean by divided...if divided means the first fraction divided by the second fraction, the answer is:
(x^3 + 3x^2 - 25X -75 )
----------------------------
(9x^3 - 27x^2)

If you meant something else by the divide sign, then the answer may be different.

Good Luck!

Gee. No one EVER helped me with my high school homework.
Look, Just lay it all out on a big sheet of paper and break it down into factors and simplify it. See what you have left and if you can simplify it some more.
