Exhusband's attorney has a court order to sell my home to satisfy a lien of $150K judgement and interest . I cannot get a refinance and at 65 yrs of age I don't want to lose my home. I am desperate in Chula Vista, CA.

Maybe you to attain you a lawyer on this one ....Since you are of age why not sell then get you a retirement home... and sit back and enjoy what you hve left over.

If there is a court order to sell, you are pretty much out of options.
Call a local atty and have him inveistgate your options, but unless you can make a deal with your x, there isn't much you can do.

If they have a court order to sell the house, then all you can do is to file an appeal.

Yes, they can take your house.
You really, really need to get an attorney to help you go through your options. If you're short on money, you can try your local legal aid.
