You can call his office. There is a state employee paid to hear you. They will even produce a nice letter from Arnold saying thank you for your call. But come to the real world. It has been decades since Arnold took a telephone call from a stranger He has filters who are humans. They will listen to you and ascertain your feelings on the matter. That is all you should really want him to do for you.
