I have lived in the area all my life, but I've never been. What kind of food do they serve? And I heard that's it's really expensive. Has anyone been there?

they are known as serving american cuisine, and they are quite pricey, but you get what you pay for

I spent there Valentine's Day 2005 and yes it was very pricey ($200), because they had a set menu. But if you go any other date you won't have that problem. The atmosphere is very romantic, you may feel dizzy for a few minutes until you get use to the revolving thing... but the view is breathtaking, do not miss the sunset. They serve pretty much gourmet american cuisine, and their key lime pie is the best. You can't live in Dallas and not go to Antares at least once!

I've been to Antares a few years ago.
They serve mainly French food.
The portions are kinda small, but taste pretty good
Yes it's expensive. two of us spent around $80.
But the atmosphere is nice. it's on top of the reunion tower so you have really awesome view of dallas.
Also it's revolving so it's pretty cool.
i've only been there once.. dunno if i'll go back again.
